Partner Searches are submitted by Proposers who wish to submit a project proposal and are in the process of building their consortium looking either for partners and/or for a coordinator in case they do not want to coordinate the project themselves. Proposers may be from any country covered by the NCP SME Network whereas potential partners may apply from any part of the world, considering the minimum EC participation rules.
